BMB DESIGN STUDIO Pin Publisher

Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy covers this website and BMB DESIGN STUDIO Pin Publisher, an internal application operated by BMB DESIGN STUDIO. For privacy questions, contact .

The publishing application is currently in development and has not yet connected to Pinterest. The application sections below describe its planned operation. We will update this policy if the implemented data practices change.

1. Who uses the application

Pin Publisher is intended exclusively for the studio’s authorized operator to manage the studio’s own Pinterest business account. It is not offered to other Pinterest users. This website does not provide account registration or a Pinterest sign-in form.

2. Information used by Pin Publisher

Once the integration is authorized, the application will process:

The application is not intended to access other users’ private account data, advertising data, customer records or payment information.

3. Why information is used

Information will be used to authorize the studio’s account, select a board, publish the studio’s original content, confirm publication, prevent duplicate Pins and troubleshoot failed requests. Pinterest data will not be used for profiling other users, sold, or used to train AI models.

4. Storage and access

The planned publishing workflow uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. OAuth tokens will be kept in restricted script properties, separate from public pages and spreadsheet cells. Publishing content and status records will be kept in studio-controlled files and sheets. Only authorized studio operators should have access to the script and working files. Tokens will not be included in public source code or diagnostic logs.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Publishing requests send the selected content and account authorization to Pinterest. Google services process the working files and script operations. Our website hosting provider processes requests needed to serve these pages, which may include IP addresses, browser information and operational or security logs. Email inquiries are handled through Gmail. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies and may process it in other countries. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Etsy links take visitors to our Etsy listings. This application does not retrieve Etsy buyers’ personal data. External services have their own privacy policies: Pinterest, Google and Etsy.

6. Retention and deletion

Authorization tokens will be kept only while the connection is needed and will be removed from the script when the studio disconnects the application. Temporary Pinterest responses and troubleshooting records will be removed when no longer needed. Studio-supplied content and a minimal record of published Pin IDs may be kept while needed to manage the studio’s content and prevent duplicate posts.

To request access, correction or deletion of information held by the studio, email the contact address above. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Disconnecting the application does not itself delete Pins already published on Pinterest; those Pins can be managed in Pinterest.

7. Revoking authorization

The account owner can revoke the application’s access in Pinterest’s connected-app settings. Revocation stops subsequent authorized API operations. The studio will then remove stored authorization tokens and connected-account data that is no longer required.

8. Website cookies and inquiries

These pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms or application cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process essential delivery and security information. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and the information you choose to send and use them to respond to your inquiry.

9. Changes and contact

We will update this page and its date when our data practices change. Questions about this policy or data handling can be sent to .
